Online Group Access

  • Online Access: Your members can view every group, volunteer opportunity, bible study, team or committee that you'd like to show them. Each group can have their own description and custom fields of information or properties. Your members can sort, filter and view descriptions of all the group opportunities your organization offers.

    Looking to join a Men's Small Group in a certain city ,on a particular night of the week, or at a certain time? Just filter the groups by type, then city and choose your day & time. It's that easy.

    Your members can join any group they choose and once approved in the administrative system, they can even log-into the group online and view it's members or E-mail them all if you allow it. Your members can create new groups (if allowed) and once approved those groups will be shown online reducing your administrative and maintenance work considerably. Administrative Access

  • Group Types: Create Group Types ( I.e. Mens, Womens, Children, Couples, Singles, Classes, Sports, Volunteer). Your members can filter the groups you set to show publicly by these types to easily find exactly what they are interested in.

  • E-mail Group Types: E-mail an entire group type in a single click.

  • Group Approval: View approved & unapproved groups that need your approval.

  • E-mail Specific Groups: E-mail all members in a specific group in a single click.

  • Public or Private Groups: Create public (shown to your members online) or private groups for your internal teams.

  • Password Protect Public Group Creation Process: If you want to control who is creating groups, just assign a password to create particular types of groups. Use different passwords for different types or use none at all.

  • Sort Groups: Adjust the sort order that groups can are displayed.

  • Group Assignment Helper: A system that allows you to view members who are not in particular groups of your choice. Filter by gender, zip code, name, family, newest entries. Use records you have placed in the cart.

  • Custom Properties: Create custom property fields for People Records, Family Records and Groups which will allow you to store virtually any type of information you wish with your own field titles.

  • Custom Property Types: Create custom property types to categorize the custom properties you create for the ultimate in categorization of your custom information.
